27th September 2017:

I had to nip out to the freezer while I was cooking my dinner, so I barred his access to the pan of courgettes that I was sauteing.  He doesn't like courgettes, but you can never be too careful.  I grabbed what I had to hand that was substantial enough to do the job:  a new bottle of Surf.
When I came back into the kitchen I realised that the Surf had been tipped into the pan.  Luckily the lid was secure and the plastic hadn't melted otherwise the courgettes would have tasted fragrantly soapy.
I then discovered my 7" kitchen knife in his bed!   Shocked

Well Harvey, it takes all kinds to make a world - some take socks and underwear to their (doggie) beds, others are more daring and take a big knife. Keep entertaining us, we just love you  love4
And yes, you are a wonderful tonic.
