Animal Cruelty
« on: December 20, 2017, 05:57:56 PM »
In a way this post is for me to let off steam. While web surfing my local radio stations web page , I came across a horrific sight.
There was a report of someone getting an 18 month prison sentence, for animal cruelty. It appears this thug killed a young yorkie pup, his own pet,by rupturing it's liver with a kick. In an attempt to cover up his actions he then attempted to burn the dogs body, these pictures were also shown.
The pictures made me sick to my stomach, reading what he did made me so angry, that had I seen him at that moment, I wouldn't have been responsible for what would happen. As I'm typing Harry is mauling a rubber ball at my feet, & when he thinks I'm not looking the leg of the chair too. People often refer to dogs' ah they're just a dumb animal' not the case , sensitive loving creatures, what that excuse for a human being could be described as? words just fail me. How can people be so evil? which also invites the question, if he's capable of doing that to his pet, how would a human fare?

Horrendous  :angry9:  There are some very evil individuals in this world.  Hopefully that man will be prevented from owning any animals in the future.

I too have seen some horrid things recently . . . like the pup who was stolen and then discovered the following day having been used as bait in dog fighting.

How can people be so incredibly cruel?   :'(

that has happened over here too in past few days, young dog missing found dead next day. Sick people, I wasn't the better of the story I initially posted for a long while, frustration & anger,I hate cruelty, to any being, but dogs, I've owned a dog since I was 8 or 9, they are special to me,the guy in the original post is likely to serve the full term, not half long enough.

I can't even begin to understand the mentality, or what makes these people (polite word!!) tick.

Sick, evil and cowardly are 3 words that come to mind. Inflicting pain on the helpless and those that can't fight back. >:( >:( >:(
